      Pros

      The people that work at CTA are of a rare breed. Long-standing firm leadership down to the firm's support staff are all incredibly kind, so hardworking, always willing to lend a helping hand, and just genuinely good people. The opportunity for growth is something I've personally benefited from and it is something that our leadership is a huge advocate for. I always feel challenged and appreciated for my work product.

      Cons

      The firm takes longer to make decisions due to the sheer size and multiple offices. Typical of 500+ and growing A/E Firm.

      The best place I've ever worked

      Pros

      This firm makes me feel empowered. I was hired for one type of position but was able to carve out a niche to fill another (that I'm super passionate about). I've never worked anywhere as collaborative and community-minded as CTA. This place feels like home.

      Cons

      Not a con, per se... I wish everyone was as rah-rah as I am, but I've seen a fair amount of just-get-my-work-done-and-go-home team members be happy here as well.

      Pros

      CTA has a very nice work space in Boise and an enjoyable company culture. There are training sessions over lunch and social events after work.

      Cons

      The open office structure is loud and can be distracting. Some management are difficult to work with and mobility in the company is limited.
