They are a very fair and surportive company. Lots of room to grow, and you can go as far as you want. Its up to you, your future with the company is in your hands.

Cons

Well like most companies they are always a few bad apples that try to make your carreer as hard as possible.

Pros

Salaries are competitive. Location is convenient.

Cons

Upper Management doesn't share any information with those who are not in a managerial position. No HR involvement, or biased. A good place to work only for a select few.
