-Adequate health care package. -Entry level salary is fair for the area.

Cons

-No leadership from Upper Management. -No HR department. -No communication between departments. -Few opportunities if any. -No sense of community or culture. -Overall an environment that encouraged gossip and negativity from it's employees.

time off for amployees is liberal and respected. good benefits package. work enviroment is up to date and comfortable for all.no micro-managing in this company

little or no communication from management. no desire from management for people to progress. Once you are in a position that fits there is no hope of moving forward. 75% of time with this employer is spent covering your tracks
