      Pros

      Learn lots of things on the job. Get to work with great people, meet face to face with customers. Get to work with new equipment.

      Cons

      Not much negative to say other than the usual having to travel onsite during winter months and there's snow on the ground.

      Pros

      Great people, everyone is nice, kind, supportive. Loved my team. Definitely have met some life long friends. Exposure to different aspects of IT. Networking, Configuration, EOL, Project Management.

      Cons

      No upward mobility. You can move laterally and gain exposure, but rarely see your salary increase. You can be thrown on different projects at random. VPs don’t seem to listen and have outlandish expectations.

      people are good and talk friendly

      Cons

      too many people to make decisions and not enough to work also will chuck you out if the process is tanking and will not ask you to move into another role so if things look slow ask to be moved or look for another place.
