      Pros

      Minimal working experience in configurations, mostly field work, best xperience is learning how to patch and bring up a network physically

      Cons

      traveling. there very cheap when it comes to reimbursement

      Pros

      Good parking and free lunch every so often but that is usually when things are busy so you can work while you eat (pro?)

      Cons

      Low salaries, expensive healthcare, the lowest/worst 401k match I’ve seen besides no match and its a discretionary FRACTION of what you contribute (20% of what YOU contribute.) There is a cookie cutter HR response to other negative comments claiming that things are different but the same people are still in charge.
