      Pros

      Flexible in terms of working from home or leaving for a doctors appt when needed. Good 401k options. Vacation and PTO is average.

      Cons

      RI Office is terrible, extremely clicky. Management says they will give you opportunities and then gives no direction or effort to help you succeed. Wasted my time and gave a measly raise after changing position completely. No opportunity for growth. High expectations with little to no reward or recognition.

      Great parking, People that are the "workers" are nice,

      Cons

      Two many chiefs. Upper Mgmt does not care about the little guy, everyone can be replaced. They care about themselves and taking credit for your work
