      Pros

      Depends on what team you get. My team was pretty laid back and the work environment was pretty relaxing.

      Cons

      Don't expect to hear from your boss on time for evaluations. It's already been close to two years and I haven't received mines.

      Pros

      I have to say in my time here, I have seen the company make some needed changes, in letting people grow and expand in their roles and responsibilities. It is a fun, young place to work, and is working to move with the times and appreciate good employees for a job well done.

      Cons

      I wish the company would be more flexible when it comes to telecommuting, dress code and some other forward thinking options. I must say, they are trying and things do seem to be moving in the right direction.

      I liked a few people who i worked with.

      Cons

      Horrible culture which is propagated by the low life owner. There is no sense of teamwork and lousy communications which are worse for those of us who do not work in Hauppauge.
