The employees that work at Custom are all around great people. The culture is focused on training and development of the managers. The company values each and every employee. There's everything from employee recognition programs, tuition reimbursement to constant drawings to win gift cards, etc. The company has events throughout the year that employees and their families are invited to. The salaries are fair. Great bonus structure. The company is poised for incredible growth this year and I'm excited to be a part of it. The headquarters are located on Long Island. They should be named Long Island’s best employer! The company employs staff all over the Northeast, from Maine to Maryland. Custom greatly cares about its employees. There are many different incentive programs to participate in and they have different health and fitness initiatives as well. The office is brand new and the groups are meticulously kept. The communication between the various levels of directors and managers is great and I always feel that I am kept in the know. The people are warm and friendly and genuinely seem to want to come to work every day.
