Pros

An opportunity for you to learn and excel new skills in the Aerospace Industry. I worked with great employees and had the opportunity of finding new connections in different locations.

Cons

I was unable to communicate with different departments, even though we all worked on the same projects. Never was trained into a project coordinator- but if your motivated and willing to learn new skills, its a challenge, if your up for it. Communication was not very good, and structure was not as organized. Had to work long hours for customers who visit site, worked until 1 -2am at times, to test system. Pay more attention to what we need to get done rather than talk disrespect to the employees or behind their backs.

Pros

This company will give you the opportunity to grow if they find you valuable, otherwise just tread along and maybe will get a pat on the back for doing something great. Working here was great for the first couple of years, but without executive support and a budget to make things right, this company will remain reactive when it comes to supporting its customers. Some of the Engineering and Software staff were great to work with but I cannot recommend this place to anyone unless the pending sale goes through and the company gets a true MRP system that will work wonders for all of Engineering, Production, PMO & Support.

Cons

There is absolutely no work/life balance at this place. All training is on the job. There is no training plan for virtually any position coming in to the company. Management will often take credit for the work their employee's busted their butts for. They will drive you to the ground especially when there are multiple customers coming in for a SIL. They expect you to work more than 40 hours a week and not reward you for it. Sometimes they will give you a comp day, but its definitely is not worth the hard work and dedication that you give them. The only way that you can get a raise more than 2% is if you threaten to leave. The company continually releases products that have not been fully tested just to meet deadlines leaving the customers hanging on a thread. The health/dental/vision benefits are mediocre. The 401k sucks with no company matching. I could go on and on but I think this about sums it up.

Pros

Free health insurance for employees Bagels on Friday? Supposedly there is a incentive program where you can get a $25 target gift card

Cons

-Family health insurance is cost prohibitive -Management/ HR implement policies and later make excuses as to why they don't follow through with them. -Absolutely no follow through on promises if goals are met. -Very little chance of getting performance based or cost of living raises. -No opportunity for advancement within the company if you excel in your position. If you ask for further compensation due to this they will tell you "show us another job offer and we will take it into consideration". -Very little training for new employees and historically speaking if you cannot figure things out on your own they will let you go in short order. -Management constantly hires individuals who are not qualified to do the job which makes your job more difficult.
