Pros
Most of the people are really awesome. They will help each other out however they can. I think Astronics is trying to bring change to CCC, but it's not happening soon enough
Cons
The payrate is very low, even for an experienced technician. Turnover rate is very high. Too much 'community knowledge' and not enough stuff written down. When there is no one to train you, and then the test proceedures don't call out equipment, software or other necessary information, you look kind of stupid trying to figure stuff out.
