-Terrific medical benefits -Caring leaders that show up during tough times -Strong community-oriented purpose

Cons

-While the medical plan is great, 401k match could be better -Going through a lot of change

Pros

Good PTO, some holidays. Great employees, everyone is nice. Good healthcare - Covid shots are required for the low price.

Cons

No commission - bonus structure is difficult to calculate. Ask the hiring manager how the bonus is measured. No HR department RM addresses concerns with “it could be worse” in all inker meetings
