Poor Management Structure

Pros

Pay and benefits were good. Work culture and coworkers were amazing.

Cons

Terrible management. Cliques. No room for advancement, or lies about potential for leadership. Lower employees are treated very poorly. Overtime constantly with little to no break or concern for employee health.
