      A good way to get into a relatively progressive company

      Pros

      Good culture - you get to be yourself Good PTO - 5 weeks, you can take it any time Cheap benefits - dental and vision are good

      Cons

      Terrible pay Medical benefits are a "group plan" and are extremely difficult to use Management has no idea what is going on, forcing you to rely on other team mates to answer questions (in my case, forcing other team mates to take my time by asking for help that they can't get from their boss)
