Thank you so much for your feedback. We know it takes a lot of effort to provide constructive criticism, and we value the opportunity to address issues that arise. We do have peak seasons in Production and we cover the extra work through expected overtime. This past year has had more than typical overtime, although the longer-term plan is to more appropriately staff our Production facilities.
