Pros
Awesome benefits and PTO that you won't find at many other companies, great company culture.
Cons
Low starting pay, not many opportunities to move up. Diversity could be better, inclusive groups are beginning to form but it's moving slow. I was a part of trying to get a diversity group up and running but the whole system moves at a snails pace.
