Pros

Growth potential, effective leadership, effective cross collaboration within the company- Upper management is making effective growth business decisions to keep the company healthy and prosperous- without losing the culture that it was built on. The value placed on internal, field level insight is extremely high.

Cons

A lot of phone work with customers- but worth the interaction!

Pros

Custom Ink is one of the few companies that it feels like a family, you get recognize for the great job you do and everyone is ready to support each other always.

Cons

Is a small company, but a lot of growth

Growing & Thriving Company

Pros

Lots of growth within the stores department, good company culture, great people. They take feedback seriously and are constantly trying to improve. They always try to put employees first.

Cons

Burnout is easily reached. There's pressure within the stores department to succeed since it's the newest department and you feel like you have to prove something. But myself and most managers I know are burnt out and tired.

As for your feedback regarding workload, we strive to ensure the team feels supported. We encourage Inkers to share their concerns through the many platforms we offer (ie. quarterly team surveys, monthly leadership meetings, or 1:1's with your leader if you are feeling overwhelmed). As we evolve, we are constantly working to improve our Inker experience and feedback like this truly helps us get better. Please don’t hesitate to share more of your thoughts if you have them!
