Pros

Medical, dental, vision🫶🏻 it’s the best…snacks daily, company event parties, cater us food from restaurants once a week, listen to music while we work, relaxation areas❤️, all the leaders/bosses make time to come talk to us(even CEO), the diversity and culture is great, etc…just come check us out and see for yourself , i can say more n more good things.

Cons

When you are sick or if anything prevents you from work, they take it from your pto even if you don’t want to get paid. For me it’s scary because I get sick a lot and it hurts my pto because I won’t get anymore til next year.
