Pros

Onboarding for new employees is superior. This bank knows how to make someone feel welcomed. Co-workers are helpful and friendly. Work is challenging but that's a good thing because it's a learning experience. Training is up to date as well as technology. So far, nothing negative to say. Salary and benefits are in line with industry standards. They give back to the community with fundraisers which is very admirable.

Cons

Workloads are heavy but that's with any bank. If you have a good manager (which I do), concerns and guidance will be met with an open door policy.
