      Pros

      Some of the lower managers are decent and the engineers are great to work with. Many dedicated person in the lower levels.

      Cons

      Upper management had a big fight with the old timers and lost. Many enrichment themself with very generous pay packages and large bonuses. Cost of salaries have skyrocketed in the last 2 years. Way too many Directors and VP of all levels for such a small company.

      Lack of management at any level, no cohesive message, lots of competing priorities that do not yield results.
