Cons

Interviewed with 4 different people and thought everything went well. HR asked for references and never heard back from her again. Could’ve at least gave me the bad news instead of ghosting. I wouldn’t want to work for a company like this anyway.

Good People, excellent products and dedicated staff to support customers desires and experiences. Constant updates to products as suppliers change.

Cons

Huge bulk of stock options and Bonuses go to upper management.. but that is common. Some are fast tracked for career improvements, most stagnate. Guess this is common in the High Tech industry.
