      Pros

      Company has a great reputation for making top-of-the-line aesthetic lasers with unparalleled service. For the most part, Cutera customers are happy, loyal and leaders in their field. As an employer, Cutera is a publicly-traded company with a family-run feel where everyone has an open door policy. New sales management team is fantastic and have implemented several strategies to bring sales volume where it should be! The compensation package is very aggressive and taking a position with Cutera was the best move I've made in my sales career.

      Cons

      Conservative by nature, the marketing and brand-awareness of Cutera and its various technologies are not in-line with their value to the industry.

      - Good Products - Smart People - New Direction - Financially Healthy - Sales Revenue growth 3 quarters in a row

      I have read a lot of reviews on this site and others that certainly portray factual shortcomings of this company such as high turnover, Lack of vision and an environment filled with old employees who remain at the company due to legacy and not performance. With all that being said the company seems to have brought in some new leadership in Marketing and Sales who have a track record of success. There has been a visible and tangible change in attitude, performance and overall culture in the last year. I am glad I stayed during the dark days as it appears the company is poised to make great strides in both growth and employee retention.

      Pay, benefits and exposure to the industry

      Cons

      Company culture is terrible, you’ll feel it the moment you step in the office. Terrible upper management. Sales reps are shady (which is the root cause of unsuccessful sales) Bankruptcy - unstable and slowly sinking Sticking to old practices that got the company to where it is right now. People especially sales are not open to change and not cooperative.
