Pros
Full disclosure, I am currently a Cutera employee but I thought is was important to share my experience. First and foremost, the company from the top down is committed to excellence. They work extremely closely with their reps in terms of development, which is critically important. They exert time and effort training their reps and do all that is conceivably possible to ensure success. They assist in implementing varying processes that expedite the learning curve in a technical and saturated space. The culture is unparalleled in many ways. There is a sense of team unity that emanates from all employees, especially within the sales discipline. They have a structured, sustainable model for success and they work with their employees to implement and execute said strategy. Communications are strongly encouraged throughout the entire sales force, regardless of tenure. I communicate with new and seasoned reps alike to continue my professional development. Additionally, Cutera can never be questioned for not taking tremendous care of their employees, they bare no expense. When there are company hosted events, I can count on an incredible experience, great food, high quality hotels and memorable team events (ballgames, racing luxury sport cars as recent examples). Beyond that, I can count on a high level of camaraderie. I have been with the company for less than a year and I have made what feels like years of favorable memories.
Cons
Industry requires a high level of effort to experience and maintain success. Need to be committed to working with management team to optimize opportunity for success.
