      Pros

      Cutter is expanding, and with a new owner making significant investment, lots of interesting opportunities are opening up. New markets, new products, new partnerships. I see more development opportunities than 2 years ago.

      Cons

      Still a small firm, so some of the processes/communications are still "small firm". But these things are being worked on, so are improving.

      Pros

      We are growing and expanding. This is because we are globally respected in the industry for high quality consulting services and in-depth research products catered to the Asset Management world. Provides a nice local feel, being headquartered in the lovely coastal South Shore of Boston with a family friendly (and pet friendly) work environment. But our work focuses on global trends in ops and technology...and how we can provide that by working successfully with people in a variety of different companies, countries and cultures.

      Cons

      We can't hire every great person that we interview, and who would love to work with us (and with whom we'd like to work with).
