Good co-workers, questionable management

Pros

Managers are typically easy to work with if a schedule needs to be changed or if time off is needed on short notice. The office is easy to get to and subsidized parking is available.

Cons

Benefits are horrible and pay has been stagnant for 6 years. Managers tend to be micro-managers instead of leaders. Upper management wears too many hats (ie they're in charge of multiple departments with their staff scattered throughout the office space and no true oversight of anyone). Very little opportunity for career growth.

Pros

40 hours a week. Nice co workers.

Cons

If you are a stocker or picker you will be trained by a Vietnamese man who speaks horrible English and will talk to you like you are stupid for asking a question when he has only showed you what to do once.
