      Sales Coworkers are great, very kind, friendly and super supportive.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for upward mobility and growth or the opportunity to take on projects. Lots of men in management are big mansplainers.

      Pros

      I have been in sales for over 25 years, working for Fortune 500 companies in the past. CB is hands down the BEST company i have ever worked for. They truly take customer service to another level. A company that puts the customer first and then its employees. The CEO is so passionate and professional and that rolls down!

      Maybe just more Ra Ra moments celebrating successes and sharing accimplishments
