Pros

Not a lot of OT. Good work-life balance. Most employee have nice sized offices with windows. Located in a cool neighborhood and close to downtown Seattle.

Cons

Low morale with employees hiding in their offices to make it through the day. Sacrificing quality of product for higher margins. Management out of touch with reality. Raises are very low, if at all.

Good co-workers, questionable management

Pros

Managers are typically easy to work with if a schedule needs to be changed or if time off is needed on short notice. The office is easy to get to and subsidized parking is available.

Cons

Benefits are horrible and pay has been stagnant for 6 years. Managers tend to be micro-managers instead of leaders. Upper management wears too many hats (ie they're in charge of multiple departments with their staff scattered throughout the office space and no true oversight of anyone). Very little opportunity for career growth.
