Great community and flexibility, but low pay

Pros

The flexibility between remote and travel work was balanced. The community within the company and your department was exceptional

Cons

The salary was on the lower end. The company primarily hires college graduates and pays less overall.

Pros

Work from home policy, they ask for feedback, pretty independent as an employee.

Cons

Claims transparency but receiving less and less of that as of late. Getting promoted doesn't mean you will get a higher yearly raise. You still get the same raise as if you weren't promoted. Lots of growing pains.
