Pros

The team is some of the most supportive and encouraging group of people I have had the privilege to work with. Doors are always open and everyone is more than happy to lend a helping hand. Management is extremely encouraging and the sky is really the limit with the opportunities here. There is also an espresso machine they have that I live on!

Cons

None, strong work ethic is required but is equally rewarding

Pros

The Cx3 team and leadership are some of the best I have worked with. Management truly cares about your success and wants so see everyone hit their goals. People that work at Cx3 genuinely love what they do and typically do not end up leaving. If you put in the work it will always pay off at Cx3!

Cons

Nothing to complain about. You must be self motivated!

Pros

Monday-Friday 9-5 in the office. Nice, updated, open office with a view. Some basic benefits. Occasional team building events. Company swag/equipment upon hiring including a Macbook. Free lunch once a week.

Cons

Training is largely flawed. For an industry that no one knows about, you would think they would be more focused on this aspect. You get maybe a week, tops. And then you have to hope your peers have enough time to answer your questions and show you the right way, IF they even know themselves. If you want to make something fundamentally better, you will run into a brick wall because it wasn't their idea even if you have the qualifications to say otherwise. The culture is supposed to be fun with open communication. That's what they'll tell you. But it is the complete opposite. Everyone that works there, current or former, has feared for their job every single day. There is no communication from the top-down so you also have no idea what's going on with the company. Are the restructuring? Are they moving? What exactly are they hiring for? They'll never tell you. It's all top secret info in a company of less than 20 people.
