Pros

immigration is little good but we need to pay every thing.

Cons

After i work for 10 years with the Company when i given proper 3 weeks Notice first mail i got from the company is we will withdraw your I-140 they even did that. They did not even pay the full amount. Even recruiters will play all the games.

I cant count on this 1 . Dont make Payment on time. 2. Worst pay cycle 3. Breaks all the LCA rules 4. Has a wierd explanation for each question the employee asks ..... ..... ..... .....
