Basic benefit. Gym. coffee, stationary.

Cons

Micromanagement, conservative, stingy. Software company but many manual work, not willing to "pay" for other services. Annual leave follows exact the same with Taiwan Labor Law.

Flexible working hours, high salary, and the chance to work with some very smart people.

Cons

Company is managed like a traditional small Taiwanese company, and that management model does not scale well. Also, PC industry is in decline.
