Ambiance. Look environment. Friendly and supportive fellow analysts and team members. Lucrative Salary at least on Paper. Cafeteria discounts. Easy work. Celebration of cultural events within the Organization.

Cons

After Hours Job. Leave application for Plan and Unplanned leave. Bias attitude of management. Lack of appreciation of talent. Growth within the Organization is limited. HR is unresponsive and reluctant in working on salary discrepancies. Management gets offended easily. Restrictions are at times enforced on certain employees which are unjust and unfair. If you are seeking for your personal growth and to build a carrier this isn't the right place.
