- Though its good, its not 'the most ideal' company.. As every company/system would have, it too has its own flaws. But most of the flaws are manageable. - Senior management is almost the same for quite some time and hence some new blood at that level may lend a different perspective.

All other business except BPO is confused and directionless. Lots of jumping at the latest opportunity without any planning or focus or commitment from the management. Middle management is powerless except to say yes to senior management. Internal work (IT, Accounting, etc.) is a chronic problem.
