1. Good for freshers. 2. Learning opportunities.

Cons

1. Complete night shift. 2. Worst management politics. 3. Favouritism. 4. Learning opportunities but you cannot capitalise on that. 5. Promotion opportunities already decided by the management. 6. Basically you are running an unfair race. 7. Zero respect for experienced staff as well.

There is very balanced work pressure when working for the company and it feels that I am valued more over here compared to my past experiences.

Cons

Due to my employment being a complete night-shift based business unit it is sometimes hectic.
