Cons

Favourism is a major issue. Middle management manipulates upper management as they wish No value for talent or smart people you just need to be a good obsequious person here to succeed here. You cannot tell the team leads they are wrong even if they blame you something because of the miscommunication amongst them & other management.

If you want to work at a call center or "technical support", go for it!

Cons

Everything. Night shift. Call center. Need to submit your original educational documents. Sign a bond of 3 years. CTC on offer letter vs the amount you actually receive, is so much different! If you want to quit, you need to pay 75K, else they won't return your original educational documents. Even after paying the amount, they make you wait for a period of time. You will not work pn GIS Projects. You will talk to US Clients on their issues with ArcGIS.
