Innovative atmosphere, great people, technical skills, professionals from cyber and intelligence fields, learning experience, good salaries, new CEO / management aligning message and offerings to market

Cons

Still looking to differentiate from competitors and take a larger piece of the market share pie, stronger Sales reps & marketing team will play an important role in 2021

Pros

Salary can be decent. A lot of young bright minds - unfortunately not across the management.

Cons

No strategy. Company struggles to focus on its core offering. Keeps introducing various services without any vision and roadmap behind it. Management is almost entirely with no cyber background - it dramatically damages any planning or sales processes. The race is to sign without any clear product USPs - plus poor generic support for lead gen. No employee growth initiatives or attention to employee needs. Only basic stuff. A lot of people leaving in 2019-2020. CEO was changed in 2019 and now in 2020 again.
