Pros

Zero, any positive reviews you see are fake ones posted by current employees who were forced to do so by the new ceo and management.

Cons

This is a dying company, it used to be great but they sold to an investment firm and had a terrible ceo put into place, now they have a stop gap ceo who doesn't know what she is doing. They haven't won a single contract since the acquisition,

Pros

Work-life balance is a real thing at CTEC as long as it's not abused. Our current CEO is very big on transparency and autonomy which wasn't a thing with the previous owners, Kay and Raj. The company structure, goals, and protocols are all changing and I personally believe CTEC's on its way to becoming a successful company with great value for both, our employees and clients.

I wish our benefits could be better.

Pros

I loved the people I worked with there. The job was reasonable as far as expectation and workload.

Cons

There were some leadership changes, but I still have hope for the future of the company. Also, at times the GFI we designed from were a little dry, but that is what made being an ISD fun.
