- Helpful employees, great friendships. - They hire new graduates frequently and nice place for new graduates to get started and experienced with core Java. - Deadlines are not very strict, team leaders are generally tolerant about that. - Generally, intensity of work is not too much. (May depend on project which you're working on)

Cons

- Job quality and satisfaction depends on your team leader. There is no company culture, no coding standard. So as you expect, product quality also depends on project and generally low. - Seems corporate from outside, however a big boss' company internally. - Little chance to develop your carrier, after a while you will possibly become a code monkey.
