- They will give your sallary right on time - There is no need to be well educated to work here - You dont need to buy food for your home, becasue overtime never ends

Cons

- Still using java 1.5 - 1.6 - Just service development - Overtime over and over

Pros

Friendly environment. Helpful colleagues, if you need help with your work almost anyone tries to help you if you ask them. No pressure on daily begin-end times. You are mainly expected to finish your task appropriately and on time. Secure environment; you would not have a fear of "will I be here tomorrow". Some company events like new year dinner, Ramadan dinner etc. are nice to get together with people from other offices. Private health insurance.

Cons

Hard to get promotion as the management levels are taken by old employees.
