Some of the nicest people I have ever worked with Teams are well formed and well managed Everyone is helpful and works hard for the team Benefits are fantastic Interesting industry

Cons

Time served career progression. A con for me (maybe not others) - Not overly challenging work, it is an interesting industry but (technically) not very demanding.
