Great workplace and there are groups that want to do fun activities outside of the grind. Having a cafeteria is great and other food options are outside. Also a nice walk to the waterfront.

Cons

Lots of reOrgs every year within Visa. CyberSource is more modern but Visa is slow to adopt new technologies and is more focused on keeping with compliance in ways that might make you drop everything to keep up with.
