Well paid, lots of professionals to work alongside. Reasonably agile. Good benefits, as part of the Visa empire.

Cons

As part of the Visa empire, there's a lot of corporate bureaucracy to handle.

Pros

Cybersource has the feel of a small company, and the financial clout of a big corporation. The Boulder, CO office is very close-knit and cooperative.

Cons

Because it's a subsidiary of VISA, Cybersource has some corporate identity problems. It can be difficult to get approval for capital improvements. It felt to me that management's hands were often tied by corporate red tape.
