It recently was bought by Visa. So big time benefits and a real retirement program.

Cons

Sweat Shop. Expect to put in 60+ hours a week. Pull at least one over night release per month. No money for training, but plenty for business trip drinking (if your lucky enough to travel).

-Poor internal communication on proposed changes -Feels like HR is not on the side of the worker and is on the side of the corporation and management. -Knowledge is not effectively shared across groups -Poor internal communication on changes that one department makes that will affect another department.
