I couldn't in good conscience recommend this role to anyone seeking stability in their career development.
As many other reviews pointed out it is an unorganized company. Upon being hired I was told there would be an onboarding process that never happened, and maybe never existed.
my teammates were constantly scrambling to figure out expectations, reschedule meetings due to double and triple bookings, and interpret vague requests from the director. The director I worked under was erratic, from vague last minute request ...i.e requests being sent after work hours (9-10pm) to hostility towards myself and various different team members. This made for a stressful uncertain workplace.
I was fired at the end of my tenure without cause and both the director and HR refused to provide me any feedback and there was no severance. This was unfortunate.
