No true upskill points for working for CYDECOR.

Cons

Don't expect company to have your back when have difficulties with customers. Little to no leadership at HQ, will throw the PM to wolves for a dollar. No trust.

Cydecor gives their PM’s the autonomy to deal with their customers’ needs daily but is always there to give advice or assistance. The average years of experience is over 20 and many have been with this company since they incorporated. All the PM’s and Senior Leadership are willing to help in any situation if it is brought to their attention in a timely manner.
