Pros

The work that I've been able to do has been rewarding and interesting. Cydecor is committed to expanding the number of opportunities that are available while keeping an employee first mindset

Cons

The number of acquisitions in the past few years has made things a bit tumultuous. Raises could be better. Internal communication of company efforts could be more frequent.
