      Pros

      High Talent density, fast time-to-market, and a great selfless culture are what make me feel at home. I love the high energy and high pace at which Cyera handles its business, and the tight loop with the go-to-market team in the US is extremely valuable for getting things done quickly and correctly.

      Cons

      The same high pace is not for everyone. If you are just looking for a comfortable place of business, working 9-5, then Cyera is not the place for you, in my opinion (at least not in the CTO office)

      * Phenomenal people. Very professional, kind, and dedicated * Great benefits: Beautiful and well-equipped offices, lots of merch, gifts, and employee events. Truly the company cares about the humans working here * Truly a revolutionary company. Has a real chance of solving the most important problem in cybersecurity and transforming how CISOs approach that problem. It's a privilege to be a part of this journey

      * The nature of a revolutionary, hyper-growing company involves a lot of work. It's not for everyone, but definitely worth it
