Extensive growth potential. Customer Success actually cares about the end user experience. Experienced co-workers with years of industry knowledge. Cyera isn't for everyone, they have a pretty extensive hiring process to weed-out egotistical arrogant people. Everyone i've worked with is honest, friendly, and here to see the company grow. No "Micro - Management", easy to meet expectations. The entire sales/marketing/engineering/leadership are executing at a level I've never experience, for a start-up this is truly impressive at this early of a stage. This technology is revolutionary, it's changing lives in what it's tasked in accomplishing. Is it a swiss army knife do everything of a DSPM? No. It's created and built around solving one of the most complicated problems organizations have today with an accuracy only achievable with Ai/ML.
