      - A fantastic set of solutions that address exactly what our clients need - A maniacal fixation on the client and solving their business challenges - A culture that is growth-focused, utterly driven and fast-paced - Surprisingly mature for a company that is only 5 years old - Some of the smartest folks on the planet work at Cyera - A can-do spirit that flows from the co-founders down

      - Work life balance is a challenge (if this is vital to you, this is not for you) - We are growing so quickly that keeping up is hard (but doable)
