      Pros

      Nothing. This company is absolutely insane with their requirements! They have grown too quickly and have not managed correctly.

      Cons

      Cyera has grown too quickly and is taking advantage of their employees! 60+ hour work weeks. “Do more with less” is their motto!

      Amazing team and product in a high-growth moment

      Pros

      Great culture and amazing people. The company really invests in its team, and there is a lot of opportunity to grow alongside the business. It is a fast-growing company with a strong product and a lot of momentum. Being in the AI space right now makes it an especially exciting place to be.

      Cons

      The pace is very fast, and everyone is extremely busy. As the company continues to scale quickly, I do worry about whether it will be able to preserve the culture that made it feel so special in the first place.

      Great people and fun off-sites, but extremely toxic management prevails

      Pros

      The people for the most part are great. Off-sites are fun and engaging. The company future is bright.

      Cons

      Very toxic management. Engages in a great deal of bullying, belittling and fear-mongering via the constant mention of losing your job and being told how "bad" you are overall. This conversation being the recurring theme every week. Never-ending work that will take you into long hours.
