lethargic work most of the times. if you enjoy easy work

getting through the management for issues is worst departmental vendettas and variation in salaries and other benefits life feels more like a torture

Learning Experience at Infotech is great for novice associates, but need to do lot of sacrifices like pay scales etc.

You get best client to work with, only reason worked in Infotech was because of my client.

Cons

Poor salary pay scales, Not employee friendly HR policies like even though you work for an entire fiscal year, you won't get your Bonus i.e. reason is you left before the bonus payroll payment date.
